Collaborate without constraints using External Granular Permissions
A few months ago, we launched Granular Permissions.
We developed Internal Granular Permission to help you fast-track collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders. To refresh your memory, here’s a quick recap.
Internal Granular Permissions eliminates back and forth emails and document attachments by allowing you to invite anyone inside your organization to view, edit, or share documents without giving them an all-access pass to your PandaDoc workspace.
Since this initial launch, we’ve worked closely with our customers to add new functionalities to Granular Permissions. And today, we’re excited to share that External Granular Permissions are now available.
This new addition is a true collaboration game-changer.
You told us you wanted a safe and secure way to collaborate on documents with external stakeholders. We listened and made it happen.
Partners, contractors, and consultants outside your organization can now access, view, and comment on documents shared with them without you having to purchase a new license or grant them full access to other documents in your workspace.
Granular Permissions is the perfect way for admins and managers to tailor what others can (and can’t) do, who sees which documents, and more. And you’ll no longer have to worry about Jim from Accounting landing in a document where he doesn’t belong.
We can’t wait for you to give Granular Permissions a try. Check out this helpful guide for step-by-step instructions on how to customize permissions for collaborators.
